Brown Brothers Tasting Dinner - Thursday 27th April, 7pm at Peak Weavers rooms and restaurant. Brown Brothers are one of Australia’s leading family-owned wine companies and have been making wine in Victoria for 125 years and while they have tradition, they are not the traditional wine company. Brown Brothers are steeped in family heritage and have a history of innovation that inspires their future direction.
This event will follow the usual format of an arrival drink followed by a 5 course meal with a wine paired. Tickets are priced £48 per person.
The Bartender & The Baker
Here it is, the next pop-up cocktail night hosted by The Travelling Bartender in collaboration with Matt & Clare Booth of No5 Café. 29th April 5pm-11.30pm
“The Bartender & The Baker” will see a night of classic and contemporary cocktails, along with a Premium G&T menu and fresh artisan food and sharing platters.
Numbers are limited as the evening will be table service and there are only 22 seats available. You can book your table for a two-hour slot with the evening starting at 5pm until 11.30pm.
All of the cocktails will be made to order using fresh produce and premium spirits and liqueurs. The food is made on-site by Artisan Bakery ‘Live Love Loaf ‘ owners Matt & Clare.

Seifried Summer Wine Tasting & Dinner
The Seifried story began in 1973 when Austrian born Hermann Seifried and his New Zealand wife Agnes had a dream of making wines in New Zealand’s sunshine capital - Nelson. From very small and modest beginnings when Hermann and Agnes grafted the vines late into the night, to today when all three Seifried children have returned home to play their part in growing the family business. Seifried Estate is a company devoted to sustainable winegrowing and producing the very best Nelson has to offer.
The wines of Seifried are perfect for the Summer months with the aromatic varieties and their versatile styles. There is something for light lunches, BBQs, just drinking or a late Summer evening meal.
The evening will consist of an aperitif followed by a 5 course Summer menu with a Seifired wine paired with each dish. The evening will be hosted in collaboration with Nick & Emma of Peak Weavers rooms & Restaurant, John E Fells & Sons wine importers and a member of the Seifried Winery team.
